Another game, another loss for the O's. The Birds dropped their second straight to Kansas City, 4-3, on Saturday night.
Starter Brad Bergesen was magnificent, allowing just two runs on five hits and a walk through seven innings. David Hernandez came out of the bullpen and surrendered a two-run homer in the eighth, giving the Royals the lead, and eventually, the win.
As usual, it's the same old story with the O's this year. If the starting pitching is dominant, the bullpen typically falters...
